Dyllan Amato is a Planner at Shared Mobility Inc., where she supports SMI’s work to advance equitable and sustainable transportation. Her work includes program research, data analysis, and administration, with a focus on e-bike incentive program evaluation, participant and survey analysis, adaptive e-bike research, and mobility hub planning.

Since joining SMI in 2026, Dyllan has contributed to transportation innovation initiatives that explore how shared mobility can make communities more accessible, affordable, and environmentally sustainable. She holds degrees in Environmental Design and Environmental Sustainability from the University at Buffalo.

Dyllan is passionate about environmental justice and believes transportation plays an important role in shaping people’s access to opportunities and quality of life.

Outside of work, Dyllan enjoys hunting for treasures—almost everything she owns is pre-owned and has come from a thrift store, garage sale, or antique shop.

SMI’s New York State E-Bike Incentives work is helping shape a statewide approach to affordable, safe e-bike ownership through regional rebate programs, retailer partnerships, rider education, and community outreach.
We help communities, campuses, and institutions connect existing transportation services and introduce new mobility options through thoughtfully planned electric mobility hubs.
