We help communities turn mobility goals into real-world solutions with planning, funding, partnerships and hands-on support.

“At Shared Mobility Inc., we turn community mobility goals into real-world transportation solutions. We connect the pieces needed to move projects forward, whether that means supporting the execution of existing initiatives, planning for future mobility needs, securing the funding needed to get started, or helping government agencies and community partners build the capacity to deliver. From planning to implementation, we help communities bridge the gap between ideas and action.”

Four ways we help
communities move
01

Community Based Organization Development

We partner with community-based organizations to build local capacity and develop mobility programs rooted in the needs of the communities they serve. By providing technical expertise, project support, and access to resources, we help organizations turn community priorities into actionable programs. Our goal is to strengthen local partners, support long-term program sustainability, and ensure communities have an active role in shaping and delivering the mobility solutions that work for them.

Mobility Planning

We partner with communities to plan for transportation systems that better connect people to the places they need to go. Through data analysis, community engagement, and an assessment of existing transportation options, we identify gaps and opportunities within the current mobility network. We then work with communities to develop actionable, community-driven recommendations that address local needs and create a clear roadmap for building a more connected and accessible transportation system.

Electric Mobility Hub Implementation

Electric mobility hubs bring transportation options together in one place, creating a more connected and seamless experience for the people who use them. We work with campuses, government agencies, and other partners to integrate existing mobility programs, identify gaps, and introduce new services that strengthen the overall network. From planning and site selection to implementation and coordination, we help transform individual mobility programs into connected systems that make it easier for people to get where they need to go.

Government Advisement

We advise government agencies on how to plan, launch, and strengthen mobility programs that meet the needs of the communities they serve. Drawing on our experience implementing mobility projects on the ground, we provide practical guidance on program design, policy, funding, partnerships, procurement, and operations. Whether navigating a new mobility initiative or improving an existing program, we help public agencies understand their options, overcome implementation challenges, and turn mobility goals into actionable strategies.

Project Management

We work alongside project teams to turn mobility plans into successful, on-the-ground programs. From implementation and day-to-day operations to deliverables and project administration, we provide the hands-on support needed to keep complex mobility projects moving forward. We coordinate partners, manage timelines and project requirements, solve challenges as they arise, and help ensure programs stay on track from launch through ongoing operations.

Grant Writing

We bring together public agencies, private-sector partners, and community-based organizations to build strong partnerships and pursue funding opportunities. From identifying the right opportunities and assembling project teams to developing competitive applications, we help turn shared goals into fundable projects. By connecting the right partners around a common vision, we help communities access the resources needed to launch new mobility programs and bring innovative ideas to life.
